About the TEAS
The TEAS exam is a required entrance exam for the Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Dental Hygiene programs at CBC. It is a four-hour, computer based assessment that will test your Reading, Science, English/Language, and Mathematics skills.
There is an exam fee of $115.00 payable online and due via the ATI testing website every time you take this test.
If you have a documented emergency and are unable to test on the purchased date, you must contact ATI prior to your appointment time. Detailed information on how to submit proper documentation can be found in the TEAS confirmation email you received.
Fall 2023 testing windows vary based on which program you're applying for:
Nursing and Rad Tech applicants may test September 2022 to March 2023.
Dental Hygiene applicants may test September 2022 to February 2023.
CBC applicants for all programs may test only twice during the window.
Schedule your TEAS test by registering directly with ATI. Be sure to select "Columbia Basin TEAS" at the time of your TEAS registration purchase to ensure your scores are sent to us, otherwise you'll need to purchase a transcript after you complete the exam.
During the registration process, Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Dental Hygiene testers should all select "Nursing" when prompted.
