Looking for a place to hold your next meeting or event?
Columbia Basin College (CBC) offers the use or rental of its facilities for educational purposes to community-based groups. To reserve space on campus, please submit our online request form at least 30 days in advance of your event. More lead-time is required for events needing special setups or IT support.
Our students are our highest priority. To ensure we can effectively support student needs and college programs, event requests will not be accepted more than 90 days in advance. This timeframe allows the College to remain responsive to academic, student, and institutional activities that arise throughout the year and ensure that space and resources are available to meet evolving campus needs.
Food at Events
CBC allows the use of licensed and insured catering businesses to provide food services
at particular events. All food events are subject to Health Department safety guidelines.

Holidays & Campus Closures
CBC facilities are not open for use when the CBC campuses are closed for any reason,
including holidays. If the campus should have to close for an emergency or inclement
weather, your event will be cancelled.
No External events will be scheduled on the following days:
- Saturday, November 11 in observance of Veteran's Day
- Thursday, November 12 College has an in service day for faculty and staff only
- Thursday, November 26 to Friday, November 27 in observance of Thanksgiving
- Friday, December 24 to Friday, 25 in observance of Christmas
- Thursday, December 31 to January 1st in observance of New Years
- Monday, January 18 in observance of Marin Luther King Jr. Day
- Tuesday, January 19 College has an in service day for faculty and staff only
- Monday, February 15 in observance of President's Day
- Friday, February 19 College has an in service day for faculty and staff only
- Monday, May 31 in observance of Memorial Day
- Monday, June 14 to Friday, June 18 College is gearing up for 2027 Commencement
- Saturday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth
- Monday, July 5 in observance of 4th of July
Youth on Campus
Columbia Basin College is committed to providing a safe environment for youth who
participate in the diverse youth enrichment programs, events, and activities held
on campus. The CBC Youth Programs Policy and Standards for Interacting with Youth
apply to all programs, events, and activities created for or directed at youth participants

Log into our online request form with your email address
If this is the first time you're logging into our system, follow the prompts to create an account and verify your email with a one-time code. -
Fill out the Facility Use Form under 'New'

Read the instructions tab to be sure you understand and agree to the terms

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a confirmation email.
Please do not advertise your event until the confirmation email has been received.
