What is the High School+ Program?
At Columbia Basin College we offer a program for adults to finish their high school diploma. Our teaches and staff will help you create a personalized education plan that breaks down what you need to finish your diploma -- step by step. We will provide the support and guidance you need to build skills, stay motivated, and reach your next goal -- whether that's college, a better job, or personal achievement.
Who Can Join the HS+ Program?
Our High School + program is for adults who:
- Are 21 or older
- Didn't finish high school
- have some high school credits but sill need to graduate
- reside in the State of Washington
- Want to earn a Washington State high school diploma
- Plan to enroll in college, job training program, or upgrade their employment

How the Classes Work
Every new HS+ student works with a Retention specialist to build a personalized education plan. Set a clear timeline, go over courses and the best practices to complete your diploma requirements.

How to Get Started

2. Complete the online Enrollment Essentials Course
learn additional information about our programs and how to prepare to succeed.

3. Attend an Intake Meeting with a Retention Specialist
Discuss your personalized education plan and get answers to any questions.

4. Attend a New Student Welcome
get set up with CBC email, Canvas, and other tools. Tour the campus and meet staff and students.

5. Start Your Classes
build skills, complete credits, and earn your diploma!
