Sunhawk Hall, across from CBC’s Pasco campus, is a diverse, energetic and affordable student housing option for Hawks to call home. Living on campus is an important part of your college experience, and Sunhawk Hall is designed to connect you to your community and support your academic success.

Living on campus opens up many experiences for Hawks. Our dedicated staff work hard to create an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment where residents can develop personal relationships through community spaces designed for studying, meeting and socializing.

Whether you are a new or continuing student at CBC, we encourage you to apply to Sunhawk Hall so you can live on campus and join our community!

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be registered as a student at CBC during the period housing contract (summer quarter exception).
  • Applicants must be registered for at least 12 credit hours per quarter (excluding summer quarter). Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis by the Director for Student Housing or as reasonable accommodation for a disability (requests for reasonable accommodations must be made through Disability Support Services.)
