  • Applicants must be registered as a student at CBC during the period housing contract (summer quarter exception).
  • Applicants must be registered for at least 12 credit hours per quarter (excluding summer quarter). Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis by the Director for Student Housing or as reasonable accommodation for a disability (requests for reasonable accommodations must be made through the Resource Center.
Note that CBC Student Housing will be communicating with you about your housing application through your email.
