Program Description
The Administrative Assistant program will prepare you to provide professional administrative support in an office setting by building confidence using tools essential in today’s professional workplaces. You will complete realistic, hands-on office assignments and develop skills in communication, business procedures, research, and clerical tasks. You will learn how to support daily office operations, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, flexibility, and workplace readiness. By the time you complete this short-term certificate, you will be prepared to step into entry-level administrative roles across a variety of office and professional settings. You will also prepare for a variety of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications. The courses offer flexible online options to learn at your convenience.

Students graduating with an Administrative Assistant Short-Term Certificate will be able to:
- Apply interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively navigate office environments.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to efficiently create documents, manage data, prepare presentations, and coordinate communications in an office setting.

Program Description
The Computer Application program is built for you in mind—whether you are returning to school, building confidence with technology, or preparing for your next job. Through hands-on learning, you will learn how to use a computer comfortably in a workplace setting, improve your keyboarding skills, and gain practical experience with Microsoft Office tools. The courses are structured to move at a supportive pace and range from the basics to advanced training that prepares students for a variety of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications. Spanish-language support, supplemental academic support, and access to an open computer lab are available for most classes. The courses offer flexible online options to learn at your convenience.

- Apply Effective Typing and Data Entry Skills by demonstrating proper use of keyboard, typing posture, and hand positioning.

Program Description
Are you interested in the service industry and enjoy working with people? The Hospitality program prepares you for entry-level and advancement opportunities in lodging, food and beverage, and other customer-focused service environments. Students gain hands-on exposure to hotel operations, food and beverage management, and industry standards such as food safety and sanitation, including preparation for the ServSafe Food Manager certification. In the program, you will learn real-world applications, workplace professionalism, and transferable skills valued across many service industries. Course offerings will begin in fall 2026.

The Logistics Technician short-term certificate will prepare you for the fast-growing field of logistics and supply chain. This program equips students with entry-level knowledge of logistics operations, hands-on skills in material handling and warehouse safety, and the professional skills needed to succeed in the workplace environment. Graduates will be ready to contribute effectively in entry-level logistics roles, supporting the movement, storage, and management of goods in a variety of industries. This certificate is also stackable, allowing you to continue your education toward the AAS in Logistics and Supply Chain Resilience. Course offerings are will begin in fall 2026.
