Alaska
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
for initial licensure and the restorative endorsement in Alaska. However, the program
does not meet the requirements for an anesthesia certificate. Students who are interested
in working in Alaska should contact the Alaska Board of Dental Examiners and/or the CBC program contact.
California
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program DOES NOT meet the educational
requirements for licensure in California. Students who are interested in working in
California should contact the Dental Hygiene Board of California and/or the CBC program contact.
Colorado
Columbia Basin College has determined this program meets the educational requirements
for licensure in Colorado. Students who are interested in working in Colorado should

Florida
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements

Georgia
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements

Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
for licensure in Hawaii. Students who are interested in working in Hawaii should contact

Columbia Basin College has determined this program meets the educational requirements

Louisiana
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
for licensure in Louisiana. However, we cannot state we meet the requirements for
Louisiana's nitrous oxide endorsement and there are also additional requirements for
the local anesthesia endorsement. Students who are interested in working in Louisiana

Minnesota
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
for licensure in Minnesota. Students who are interested in working in Minnesota should

Montana
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
for licensure in Montana. Students who are interested in working in Montana should

Oregon
Columbia Basin College has determined that our educational requirements meet the requirements
for dental hygiene licensure in Oregon. However, CBC's nitrous curriculum does not
meet Oregon's requirements for nitrous education, which is an optional endorsement.

Texas
Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements

Columbia Basin College has determined that this program meets the educational requirements
