This LitFest event will feature a reading, talk and signing by Jim Lynch, Northwest author.
Bill McKay (Piano) and guests will by playing music prior to reading, starting at about 6:30 PM. There will be a small reception, sponsored by the Richland Library Foundation..
Jim Lynch is the author of three acclaimed novels set in the Northwest. The Highest Tide won the 2006 Pacific Northwest Booksellers Award and was an international bestseller. Border Songs won the 2009 Washington State Book Award for fiction. And New York Times reviewer Janet Maslin picked his most recent novel, Truth Like the Sun, as one of her 10 favorite books of 2012. It also is a finalist for the Dashiell Hammett Prize. As a newspaper reporter, Lynch's honors included the Livingston Young Journalist Award for national reporting. He lives in Olympia, Washington with his wife and daughter
