I am a director and teaching artist primarily focused on new and contemporary plays and musicals. My work has taken me all around the country to direct at companies and universities such as the acclaimed Bay Street Theater, Redwood Curtain Theatre, The Rude Mechanicals, Lewis-Clark State College, University of Idaho, Lake City Playhouse and the Academy of Children’s Theatre. As a teaching artist I have worked with the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF), Idaho State Thespians, Humboldt State University, Coeur d’ Alene High School and Inland Northwest Theatre Arts Festival. Topics I teach include human connection, stage intimacy, scene study, Stanislavski’s System and animal based movement. I am a proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC).
