I am a ceramic artist, painter and educator who taught in the art department at Skagit Valley College for 34 years, along with being the gallery director and department chair. I retired from that position 10 years ago. I also taught for three years as a middle school art teacher in Prineville, Oregon and Pullman. Washington. Over the years, I have had one man or been involved with group shows at the Henry Gallery (University of Washington), Whatcom Museum (Bellingham, Washington), Bellevue Arts Museum (Bellevue, Washington), University of Minnesota (Duluth, Minnesota), Gallery at the Park (Richland, Washington) and Combine Art Collective (Walla Walla, Washington). I currently teach ceramics at CBC, drawing at Walla Walla Community College and serve as a Board Member of Art Walla.
