| After
you have completed an application for admission to CBC and have
taken the placement test (ASSET/COMPASS), your next step is advising.
If
you are a new student, your first advising session will be at a
new student orientation. During the orientation, students are grouped
by their academic interest. A counselor or educational advisor will
assist you in developing your first schedule. To schedule an orientation
appointment, contact the admission/registration office at: (509)
547-0511 Ext. 2241, 2499, or 2250
If
you are a transfer student from another college, you can set up
an initial advising appointment by calling (509) 547-0511 Ext. 2305.
It is highly recommended that you submit copies of your official
transcripts before this appointment so they can be evaluated.
