Students at Columbia Basin College are taking part in a number of activities in honor of Disability Awareness Month.
The hope is the student body will learn how hard life is for some of their peers.
Students at CBC put together a list of challenges that people with disabilites deal with on a daily basis.
The activities include making a peanut butter sandwich using only one hand.
Other activities include being blindfolded and guided through the campus to show students how difficult it can be for an individual who is blind to simply get to class.
The last activity, students placed ear plugs in their ears and watched a video with subtitles to represented being deaf.
