The following documentation is REQUIRED for Worker Retraining to be able to fund eligible students. Original documentation must be brought in; we do not accept copies.
If student is receiving Washington state unemployment benefits or has exhausted benefits within the last two years the following documentation is needed:
- Photo Identification
- Social Security Card
- Most current two weeks of Job Search Log (if currently on unemployment)
If student is a displaced homemaker who did not work outside the home for the past two years, has been supported by a family member, and has lost that source of support the following documentation is needed:
- Photo Identification
- Social Security Card
- Last two years of tax information
- Last two years of W-2 forms
If student is a vulnerable worker, the following documentation is needed:
- Photo Identification
- Social Security Card
- Letter from Employer if they determine skill enhancement is needed
If student is a veteran who has been honorably discharged within the last two years the following documentation is needed:
- Photo Identification
- Social Security Card
- DD214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty
