The Student Enrollment Reporting System (SERS) is managed by the State Board of Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) and is the official Tech Prep database used to track enrollment statewide. This site is accessible to the public and is the starting point for students, teachers, registrars, consortium staff, and the general public. It provides log-in functions as well as access to other information.
Every school year a high school class has an active articulation agreement, class offerings are constructed in the SERS system. Teachers must assign grades through SERS or the student will not be awarded college credit. As a high school instructor of an articulated class, teachers are awarded access permission to not only award grades for each student on their class roster, but search for other articulations, look up student profiles and registration history, as well as reset passwords for returning students.
