Columbia Basin College Library Resources

The CBC Library offers numerous information resources; four are highlighted below, and the remaining resources follow in alphabetic order. We have also identified several guides and other reliable web resources.

Books
CBC Library Catalog - provides information about our collection of books, periodicals, audio-visual materials, and other resources. 

Articles
EBSCOhost Academic Search Premier - more than 4,600 full-text periodicals, including nearly 3,500 peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
 
ProQuest - more than 2,000 full-text periodicals, including several major national and Washington state newspapers, magazines, and nearly 1,000 scholarly journals.

Reference
Oxford Reference - more than 130 general and specialized dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other references covering most academic disciplines and seven foreign languages.

Only those resources marked as such hold the full text of books and articles; the others provide assistance in identifying and locating resources. Our catalog is available to the public; the others are only accessible off-campus to CBC students, staff, and faculty who login to the CBC website using their CBC ID and PIN.
