Patty Jones is CBC Foundation’s Planned Giving Outreach Specialist. She oversees
planning, developing, and conducting outreach and public relations efforts to
effectively publicize the Foundation's planned giving program and is the

Before and Beyond CBC Foundation
Patty grew up in the
Tri-Cities and recently moved back to the northwest after 24 years in
Nevada. She joined the CBC Foundation in 2011 with seven years professional
experience in non-profit development. Prior to CBC, Patty was the Information
and Development Specialist and then Planned and Annual Giving Manager for Great
Basin College Foundation in Elko, Nevada. Patty was a member of the Board of Directors of The Boys and Girls Club of Elko, serving as secretary,
vice-president, and president of the board in a ten year span. Patty was elected
to the Elko County School District Board of Trustees in 2006 and served as board
president for two years of her four-year term. Youth development,
leadership, and education are Patty's passions. She received her degrees from
Great Basin College in Elko, Nevada. Patty is enjoying her return to the
Tri-Cities as the “Tia Loca” with her young nieces, nephew, and grand-niece.
When she is not working, she enjoys long treks with her four-legged buddy
Baxter, as well as traveling, cooking, compulsive beading, and reading.
