Tom Harper recently retired from AECOM. He is the former Executive Vice
President for Fluor Hanford's Environmental and Nuclear Operations Group.
Tom has been on the CBC Foundation Board since 1999. He has lived in
Washington state for 25 years and has been very active in community volunteer
activities including serving as a school board president and past board member
of the Tri-Cities Visitor and Convention Bureau.
