Brad Toner is the Managing Partner of Property & Casualty for Basin
Insurance/Pacific Crest Planning. Brad and his support team provide a high
degree of professionalism, integrity, and value added services to all his
clients. He has served on the CBC Foundation as President and current board
member since 1994. Brad has been a very active volunteer including board member,
Hanford Reach; Past President, Tridec; and Past President, Columbia Center
Kiwanis.
