The chairperson's responsibility is to develop an agenda for each meeting and ensure that it is followed. It is also the chairperson's obligation to ensure that all safety concerns that are raised are followed through to an end result. The secretary is responsible for recording the minutes for each meeting and distributing copies to all campus staff in a timely manner. All concerns may be directed to the chairperson.
