- Student parking is identified by WHITE striped lines on all paved parking lots. Parked vehicles must be completely within the white lines, no parking in paved lots except within the white lines. Violators will be ticketed.
- Vehicles may not be over the white lines of parking space at any point.
- Vehicles must be parked head-in only. NO BACKED IN PARKING PERMITTED.
- No vehicle may be parked outside of designated parking lots. NO PARKING ON STREETS.
- Paved parking spaces with YELLOW STRIPING are reserved for faculty and staff only. No student or visitor parking permitted at any time.
- Carpool parking is identified by GREEN STRIPING and signage and is reserved for vehicles with a CBC carpool parking permit. Permits and carpool parking rules are available in Security. Violators will be ticketed.
- Visitor parking south of the Administration building is reserved for temporary guests to conduct business. No student parking permitted at any time.
- Handicap parking reserved for Washington State Certified Handicapped individuals only. Infractions for illegal use of campus handicapped parking spaces are issued by Pasco or Richland Police Departments.
- Washington State Certified Vehicles may use handicap space only when handicapped passenger is present at time vehicle is parked.
- Parking behind the Center for Career and Technical Education is limited to those vehicles currently being worked on by shop students. No other parking permitted.
- The Administration building "loop" (south side of Administration building) is reserved for 15-minute parking only.
- 15-minute parking in north Administration parking lot is only for vendors.
WARNING: Failure to pay any parking citation will result in grades and transcripts being withheld and registration for the following quarter denied until payment has been made.
