When an accident occurs on campus, the first thing you should do is evaluate the seriousness of the injuries. If the injury is life threatening, has the potential to be life threatening, or requires emergency hospital treatment dial 911 (9-911) as quickly as possible. The Emergency Management page has step by step guidelines for actions concerning a serious injury. For non-serious injuries, the injured individual should be escorted to the division office where they may request one of the following:
A completed Accident Report Form must be submitted to Campus Security within 24 hours of the incident.
