The Assessment Center wants you to be prepared for your testing appointment. All assessments require that the examinee bring valid picture ID and that you pay for your testing prior to your appointment. Please note the price, payment process, and which assessments require you to bring a receipt of payment to your appointment. If you have any questions about payment procedures, feel free to contact our office during regular business hours at (509) 547-0511 for assistance.
COMPASS TEST AND RETAKES (Placement)
If you are testing for the first time, please bring your Admissions & Assessment fee receipt ($50), paid to Hawk Central, to your testing session. This fee will include one retake in each content area at no additional cost. Prior to test score expiration, examinees may retest once in each content area (English, reading, or math). Once a year has passed, whether your scores have expired or not, you will be charged $21.50, paid to Hawk Central, to start testing again. This will allow you to take one, two, or all three of the tests, as well as one retake in each area. Due to the length of the retake session, testers are only allowed to schedule a maximum of two (2) content areas per session.
GED TEST (2014)
The total GED test battery fee is $120 (four modules/subjects x $30 each). Fees are paid when scheduling your appointment(s) online at www.GED.com. No payment receipt needed on test day.
The price of a retake test is determined by GED Testing Service. To determine the cost of your retake, sign in and schedule an appointment. No payment receipt needed on test day.
TEAS TEST (Nursing and Radiologic Technology programs)

If you change your test day or time, you will have to register for another session and will be required to pay a new fee. No payment receipt needed on test day.
