Robert and Celina MacFarlan spent their lives helping others in need. Robert, a rehabilitation counselor and Celina, a registered nurse for over fifty years, supported the local communities by sharing their love of others. Each was dedicated to their family, community, and education.This scholarship, which helps students in nursing, medicine or counseling, was established by their son, Paul MacFarlan to honor his parents.
