Interested in a one-on-one personalized weight training session? Elise Leahy of the P.E. Department will be offering a limited number of appointments for personalized weight training programs. She will meet with you to hear your training goal, provide training on the different weights available and work up a program for you to follow. A limited number of appointments are available free of cost.
