Logging Into the System
Dial extension 2407 (or 546-0407 from off campus).
When prompted, enter your extension number, followed by the # sign.
Then, at the prompt, enter your password, followed by the # sign.
At Any Time Use
- * 4 (Help)
- * 8 (to transfer to another extension)
- * 9 (to Exit AUDIX)
When Leaving a Message
- Press 1, to bypass greeting and leave a message.
- Press #, for delivery options after leaving your message.
When Listening to Messages in Your Voice Mailbox
- Press 2, to rewind a message
- Press 3, to rewind to the header (date and time of message) and replay
- Press 5, to rewind 4 seconds
- Press 6 , to go forward 4 seconds
- Press 8, to slow down
- Press 9, to speed up
- Press * 3, to delete a message
- Press * * 8, to undelete a message
- Press 0, to listen to a message from the beginning
- Press #, to skip a message
