To be part of the CBC Hockey Club, we require the Hockey Club Member Packet paperwork to be on file with the club advisors.
Complete the Hockey Club Member Packet (must be TYPED), print out the typed packet, sign where required, follow additional steps as instructed within the packet, and turn in to Brian Dierks in person or drop off at T-504 in the Thornton building (drop-in basket on front desk).
