Columbia Basin College is collaborating with Kadlec Regional Medical Center to build a new medical facility in Richland.
The four-story structure will cost $16-million dollars.
The new building will serve future healthcare educational needs in the Tri-Cities area.
Kadlec is donating $3-million for the facility.
The location is near CBC's current health science center in Richland and is expected to open in 2016.
