Health Science/Nuclear Technology students need the following to obtain an ID badge:
- Student ID number
- Picture ID (i.e. driver's license)
- Current quarter enrollment in classes for the program they are requesting
- Tuition and fees must be paid in full (or be current with payments if enrolled in STEPP program; payment processing must be completed by CBC after STEPP enrollment.)
If a general SID card has not previously been obtained, one will be issued at the same time as the ID badge.
Enrollment, payment of tuition and fees, and/or current with STEPP payments will be verified each quarter.
Only one ID badge will be issued per student. A fee of $3.25 will be charged for replacement of the badge. The fee must be paid at Hawk Central prior to receiving a new ID badge.
Appropriate picture ID:
- Driver's License
- United States Passport
- Armed Forces ID
- Employee photo ID
