Students enrolled at CBC may obtain a student identification card that is required for checking out library materials and using the computer labs and/or the fitness lab. It also may be used to participate in College and community activities. After students are approved to obtain an ID card, during peak times we may have a 24-hour processing time.
To obtain a CBC student ID (SID) card, please visit Records located in the H building.
The following are required before a card can be issued:
- Student ID number
- Picture ID (i.e. driver's license)
- Current quarter enrollment
- Tuition and fees must be paid in full (or be current with payments if enrolled in the STEPP program; payment processing must be completed by CBC after STEPP enrollment.)
Enrollment, payment of tuition and fees, and/or current with STEPP payments will be verified each quarter to receive a new quarterly sticker. Stickers may be obtained from the ID card counter in Records or from Hawk Central while paying tuition.
Only one SID card will be issued per student. A fee of $3.25 will be charged for replacement of the card. The fee must be paid at Hawk Central prior to receiving a new SID card.
