Karen Welsh was named the 2000-2001 CBC Outstanding Alumna.
Welsh is a shining example of the success which can result from pursuing a
higher education. She graduated from CBC with her A.A. in 1997 and graduated
with her B.A. from Washington State University Tri-Cities in 2001.
