Rich Foeppel is a 1983 graduate of CBC and has devoted his
professional career to public service in the not-for-profit sector.
Foeppel has been the President and Chief Executive Officer for Columbia
Industries for more than ten years and is responsible for a $4.5 million budget, 10
business divisions, and 75 employees. Prior to his current position, Foeppel was
the Executive Director for the Benton-Franklin Private Industry Council,
Executive Director of the United Way of Linn County, Ore., and Director of
Agency Relations for United Way of Benton-Franklin counties.
Foeppel's private life has also been devoted to community service. He is a
Tri-City Industrial Development Council board member, Rotary Club member, a
volunteer firefighter for Benton County, and has served on numerous boards and
commissions.
