Tuition Due Dates
Summer Quarter 2013: June. 12, 2013
Classes registered for after the tuition due date must be paid within 24 hours after the time of registration. Students are not officially registered for class until all fees are paid. CBC provides several tuition payment methods that students may take advantage of, all of which are listed below:
Web Payments
Web ePayment is available to pay your outstanding tuition and fees. You are able to use your checking account number and bank routing number as found on your personal check or a credit card (CBC accepts Visa and Mastercard only). Help screens on the website will show you exactly how to enter the information.
In Person
Tuition can be paid in person at Hawk Central in the H building located in Student Services. They will accept cash, check (personal, cashier's, or money order), Visa, and Mastercard. You have the option to pay your tuition in full or bring in our Student Tuition Easy Payment Plan enrollment form( completed online). (STEPP)
By Phone
Make a payment by phone. Simply call the Business Office at 509-542-4576. (A $25 fee is charged for this service.)
Drop Box
There is a drop box for payments inside the Student Services area of the HUB. The drop box is located on the wall to the left of the desks.
Hawk Central Hours
Hours of Operation (walk-ins)
Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Extended Hours
Open to 6:00 p.m. on Mondays during fall, winter, and spring quarters.
Express Cashiering Services
Monday - Thursday: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Note:
According to F.E.R.P.A. (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act), CBC is unable to release any information regarding student account balances and identification numbers. Therefore, anyone paying for your tuition will need to have your SID# and know the balance of your account to process a payment.
