There are many programs to help students who meet certain criteria, some of which are listed here:
- Basic Food, Employment & Training (BFET) - Offers educational and workforce training opportunities to students receiving or eligible to receive Basic Food Assistance (food stamps).
- CAMP - College Assistance Migrant Program helps students from migrant and seasonal farm-worker families succeed in college education.
- HEP - High School Equivalency Program helps migrant and seasonal farm workers complete their GED.
- Opportunity Grant - Eligible students may receive funds to cover tuition/mandatory fees and up to $1,000 for books and supplies for 45 college credits.
- Running Start - High school juniors and seniors may take college classes for concurrent credit with high school.
- Student Support Services - For financially limited, first-generation college students, or students with a disability.
- Upward Bound - Encourages low-income high school students to continue their education.
- Worker Retraining - For dislocated workers or displaced homemakers.
- WorkFirst - Helps financially struggling families find jobs, keep their jobs, get better jobs, and build a better life for their children.
