Tuition Due Dates
Summer Quarter 2009 - June 18, 2009
Fall Quarter 2009 - Aug. 12, 2009
Winter Quarter 2010 - Dec. 9, 2009
Spring Quarter 2010 - March 24, 2010
Classes registered for after the tuition due date must be paid within 24 hours after the time of registration. Students are not officially registered for class until all fees are paid.
CBC provides several tuition payment methods that students may take advantage of, all of which are listed below:
Web Payments
Web ePayment is now available to pay your outstanding tuition and fees. You are able to use your checking account number and bank routing number as found on your personal check or a credit card (CBC accepts Visa and Mastercard only). Help screens on the web site will show you exactly how to enter the information.
In Person
The cashier's window is located at the top of the stairs in the Gjerde Center Atrium. They will accept cash, check (personal, cashier's, or money order), Visa, and Mastercard. You have the option of paying your tuition in full or enrolling in our payment plan, STEPP.
By Phone
Make a payment by phone. Simply call the cashier at (509) 546-0417. (A $27.20 fee is charged for this service.)
Drop Box
There is a drop box for payments inside the Student Services area of the HUB. The drop box is located on the wall to the left of the Admissions/Registration desks.
Cashier Hours
Monday 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Thursday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
(Open Tuesdays until 6:00 p.m. the first two weeks of each quarter only)
Friday 7:30 a.m.-noon
Summer Hours
Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m.-noon
Note:
According to F.E.R.P.A. (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act), Columbia Basin College is unable to release any information regarding student account balances and identification numbers. Therefore, anyone paying for your tuition will need to have your SID# and know the balance of your account to process a payment.
