Our Mission
Washington's SBDCs help small businesses in Washington thrive and grow.
Our Vision
In both urban and rural Washington, owners of existing or prospective businesses will turn to WSBDCs for expert assistance and information about emerging business technologies. When those businesses experience increased sales or new external funding, or when they save or create new jobs, the impacts will radiate throughout the community and region. The WSBDC's high quality, innovative, and resourceful programs will be recognized at both the state and national levels. The network's culture of excellence, and the collaboration occurring among members of the network and our stakeholders and partners, are key to WSBDC successes.

Our Long-Term Goals
- Develop, support, deliver, and publicize services that address current and emerging needs of the small business community and its diverse elements.
- Develop or enhance mutually beneficial relationships with partners and stakeholders at local, state, and national levels.
- Create a culture of collaboration within the WSBDC network and with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Develop funding for the WSBDC that will enhance and expand service to small businesses throughout the state.
- Champion the innovation, adoption, evaluation, and integration of best practices and emerging technologies that address small business and WSBDC needs.
