An introduction to Angel and touch lightly on WebCT eLearning systems used for Internet courses and support of face-to-face courses at CBC, is offered during the first week of each quarter. Participants learn essential skills for survival in any Angel class. As one of the most common reasons that students drop out of distance classes is the inability to use the technology correctly, new students are strongly encouraged to attend a session. Please sign up for your session. Students can also learn about Angel or WebCT through our online tutorial.
Note: some of our classes are being held in Angel, rather than WebCT. This orientation will include mostly Angel information and will touch on WebCT, but for more extensive information, check out the Week Zero Angel tutorial. To get to the tutorial, log on to Angel using the username: weekzero and the password: guest then click on the "Week Zero - Getting Started with Angel" link in the "Courses" box.
