Construction workers position lifts at different angles Thursday morning while working on structural metal roof components of the new Center of Career and Technical Education at Columbia Basin College in Pasco. Construction of the new facility will cost $16.6 million. Chervenell Construction of Kennewick is the general contractor. It is scheduled to be finished in time for winter quarter 2011.
